Description: The Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières is issuing this RFP to retain a security agency for its new Pavillon Pellerin-Marmen facility in Trois-Rivères, Quebec. The provider will deliver security guard services as defined by Quebec's Security Agents Decree (c. D 2, r. 1), with at least 70% of the work performed by Quebec residents and the contractor required to maintain a permanent establishment in the province. The contract is valued at approximately CAD 495,000 over an initial 15-month term starting September 1, 2026, with one optional one-year renewal.
