The service agreement will have a period of performance of 12 months from the time of award. The maintenance contract shall provide comprehensive service coverage for one base year with two one-year option periods. Coverage should include preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, technical support, parts, labor, travel, diagnostics, and performance verification.
