Description: The service agreement will have a period of performance of 12 months from the time of award. The maintenance contract shall provide comprehensive service coverage for one base year with two one-year option periods. Coverage should include preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, technical support, parts, labor, travel, diagnostics, and performance verification. The contractor shall provide qualified service personnel with experience maintaining Thermo Fisher Vanquish LC systems and Orbitrap Exploris mass spectrometers and shall use appropriate manufacturer-approved or compatible replacement parts and procedures.
