The maintenance contract shall provide comprehensive service coverage for one base year with two one-year option periods. The contractor shall provide qualified service personnel with experience maintaining Thermo Fisher Vanquish LC systems and Orbitrap Exploris mass spectrometers and shall use appropriate manufacturer-approved or compatible replacement parts and procedures.
