City Parks Security Cameras & Installation RFP
Design, furnish, deliver and install a turn-key outdoor video surveillance solution across designated municipal park locations. Key Technical Specificatin: Hardware & Cameras: High-definition outdoor IP surveillance cameras (minimum 4K/5MP resolution) with optical zoom, night vision/IR capabilities, and weather/vandal-resistant enclosures (IP67/IK10 rated). Power & Connectivity: Power over Ethernet (PoE) infrastructure, solar panel options with battery backups for remote locations lacking direct power, and wireless point-to-point / cellular modems where fiber/cables are unavailable. Video Management System (VMS): Cloud-managed or local server-based recording platform supporting central administration, user access management, motion alerts, and mobile/desktop access. Storage & Retention: Minimum 30-day continuous or event-based video retention meeting local public records retention compliance.
