5th Ave S Sewer District Extension

Description: The work includes Installation of approx. 515 LF of new 8" diameter sanitary, including connection to the existing sanitary manhole. Installation of two (2) new sanitary manholes, Installation of 6" diameter side sewer stubs (and associated cleanouts and fittings) to the property lines to provide a connection point for 13 properties to be served by the new sanitary sewer. Total length of 6" side sewer pipe is approx. 510 LF. Installation of 15 side sewer cleanouts, Removal of a 34" conifer tree with stump removed to elevation 1 foot below the bottom of the side sewer pipe, and removal of two (2) stumps to install side sewer to serve 511 S 196th St through easement granted by 19604 5th Ave S., Installation of six (6) catch basin inserts for temporary erosion and sedimentation control, Civil sitework, including temporary shoring and excavations, underground utilities, trench patching, and full-width grind and overlay HMA paving - approx. 3,420 SY and 400 Tons of HMA, and site restoration including landscaping, hydroseeding, and fence replacement, Testing and Commissioning of new sanitary sewer.
