Description: Work includes approx. 48 LF of structural shoring, 10 CY of controlled density fill, 255 TON of crushed surfacing, 11 TON of commercial HMA, 3 TON of cold mix asphalt for temporary patching, 60 CY of removal and replacement of unsuitable material, 1 EA connection to existing side sewer stub, 1 EA connection to existing building sewer, 65 LF of 4" PVC sanitary sewer side service pipe, 2 EA connections to existing irrigation pipe, 310 LF of 60" SPPE irrigation pipe, 800 SY of Type C topsoil, 69 LF of cement concrete traffic curb and gutter, 23 SY of Type 1 cement concrete driveway entrance, 30 LF of Type 4 chain link fence, and 16 SY of cement concrete sidewalk.
