Sound attenuating enclosure with slam-action latches. Automatic condensate drain system with non-corrosive reservoir and integrated float sensor and automatic “Full” indication and compressor shutdown. Alarms for safety shut off and emergency stop button.

Breathing Air Machine Repair and Shop Air Compressor Maintenance RFP
The contractor shall provide all personnel, tools, equipment, materials, and supervision to perform a five-part project. The key requirements include: part 1: replace the failing water separator trap and drain assembly on the breathing air system. Part 2: install a drip leg with a ball valve at the inlet of the breathing air dryer to collect excess condensate. Part 3: replace both tower pressure switches on the hankinson model 95cba air dryer and resolve any recorded faults. Part 4: replace eight (8) wilkerson in-line filter elements within the breathing air distribution lines. Part 5: provide comprehensive annual service for two (2) chicago pneumatic air compressors, including filter and oil changes, system checks, cleaning, and operational testing.
