Description: The Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District is soliciting proposals for Move and Move Manager Services related to the Santa Monica High School Student Services Building Project (Phase 4/4A), which includes relocating teachers and staff from the Business Building to interim and permanent spaces. This is a professional services RFP connected to the construction of a new approximately 50,000 square foot Student Services Building replacing the existing Business Building on campus. The project includes the mass grading of the site, storm sewer and utility installation in preparation for the future construction of a four-field youth baseball complex with a concessions/restroom facility, park maintenance building and asphalt drives and parking. The park shall also include grading, storm sewer, detention ponds, utility work (including water, sewer and gas), erosion control and all other appurtenances included in the park design.
