Description: Hydro-Québec has issued a call for qualifications for the construction of the Utshishkau 1 and 2 wind farm in the Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean region of Quebec. The project aims to increase renewable electricity production to meet growing energy demand and support Quebec's energy transition, with an estimated contract value exceeding CAD 100 million. Qualified suppliers will subsequently be invited to submit bids for the design-build contract for the wind farm.
