Safety Vision - Bus Cameras -*SOLE SOURCE* RFP

Description: This system was been chosen by the State a couple of years ago and is pre-equipped on all new buses. Our new buses have this system. The current camera system is very old, outdated and needs to be replaced. To ensure consistency, efficiency and student safety, the District needs to standardize all bus cameras for the entire fleet using the same platform. This will also allow for uniform operation, simplified training requirements, consistent video retrieval, and reduce risk of user error due to multiple systems. Safety Vision is the sole manufacturer and distributor of this platform.
