RRIC Construction Services for 2026 Offseason Work – Bid Package 1

Description: The City and County of Denver is seeking construction services for the Supply Hub, Backstage Access Gate, and North & South Stage Tower Stair Refurbishment at Red Rocks Amphitheatre. The work covers site preparation and building systems for the Supply Hub, a controlled-access gate and related civil/electrical work, and replacement/refurbishment of structural stairs, railings, coatings, waterproofing, and associated electrical systems while the venue remains operational and historic features are protected. A mandatory virtual pre-bid meeting is scheduled for August 4, 2026, bidders must meet the specified general building prequalification requirement, and bids are due September 8, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. MST via M.A. Mortenson.
