Description: Route 41 Corridor and Community Visioning Plan (TCDI Project Category 5 – Transportation and Infrastructure Planning): The study shall: Develop a unified vision for the Route 41 corridor across five municipalities; Establish a framework for strengthening corridor identity while recognizing the unique character of individual communities and landscapes; Advance multimodal transportation recommendations that improve safety, connectivity, accessibility, and user experience for pedestrians, bicyclists, transit users, freight movement, and motorists; Strengthen coordination between municipal planning objectives and future transportation investments; Identify opportunities to support economic development, revitalization, and community vitality along the corridor; Create implementable strategies and design guidance that can inform future public and private investments; Build consensus among municipal leaders, residents, businesses, institutions, and transportation agencies.

Identify conceptual infrastructure improvements that improve safety, accessibility, and connectivity for users of all ages and abilities. Improve connections between neighborhoods, schools, parks, commercial districts, employment centers, transit services, and other community destinations. Evaluate barriers to active transportation and identify opportunities to reduce network gaps. Advance Complete Streets principles that support walking, bicycling, and multimodal transportation. Develop an implementation strategy that prioritizes projects and identifies funding opportunities, partnerships, and policy actions. Build public consensus through a robust community engagement process.

Valley Forge Gateway Trail Feasibility Study (TCDI Project Category 5 – Transportation and Infrastructure Planning)
The selected consultant shall conduct a feasibility study and conceptual planning effort for Segment 7 of the VFGT. The study shall identify a feasible, constructible, and implementable trail connection between the Village at Valley Forge area and the CVT while accommodating transportation, environmental, right-of-way, and stakeholder opportunities and constraints. The consultant shall: Conduct a project kickoff meeting with project partners; Refine the project work plan, schedule, public engagement strategy, and communication protocols; Coordinate regularly with the project management team; Facilitate bi-monthly project meetings and provide progress updates throughout the study; Attend two project status meetings with DVRPC and the project sponsors; Draft and submit progress reports and invoices with a confirmation letter from the Township to DVRPC as required (at least quarterly, but no more than monthly) for TCDI administration.

Western Corridor Sewer Improvements (Request for Proposals)
Construction of gravity sanitary sewer and sanitary sewer force mains; manholes, valves, and trenchless crossings; grading and site work; access drives; site utilities (both public and private); instrumentation and controls; electrical systems; fencing; installation of a JIB crane; construction of a new electrical building; installation of a diesel-fired emergency bypass pump; erosion and sedimentation control measures; and final site restoration and grading. The total length of new sewer infrastructure included in the Project is approx. 4,360 LF, consisting of approx. 2,860 LF of 12", 10", and 8" gravity sanitary sewer and approx. 1,500 LF of 8" sanitary sewer force main, including associated manholes, fittings, appurtenances, and system connections.
