Valley Forge Gateway Trail Feasibility Study (TCDI Project Category 5 – Transportation and Infrastructure Planning)

Description: The selected consultant shall conduct a feasibility study and conceptual planning effort for Segment 7 of the VFGT. The study shall identify a feasible, constructible, and implementable trail connection between the Village at Valley Forge area and the CVT while accommodating transportation, environmental, right-of-way, and stakeholder opportunities and constraints. The consultant shall: Conduct a project kickoff meeting with project partners; Refine the project work plan, schedule, public engagement strategy, and communication protocols; Coordinate regularly with the project management team; Facilitate bi-monthly project meetings and provide progress updates throughout the study; Attend two project status meetings with DVRPC and the project sponsors; Draft and submit progress reports and invoices with a confirmation letter from the Township to DVRPC as required (at least quarterly, but no more than monthly) for TCDI administration.
