Rosemount 154th Street Dump Environmental Remediation (Request for Proposal)

Description: Provide construction services to perform excavation and sitework activities for an environmental remediation project. Installation of stormwater protection measures and temporary access and hauling routes at both sites. Clearing and offsite disposal of trees and vegetation from the gow burning grounds. Site work at the gow burning grounds, including excavation of contaminated soils to a depth of 2 feet below existing grade, followed by grading and covering the site with topsoil and ground cover. Transportation of excavated soil from the gow burning grounds site and temporary stockpiling & protection within the footprint of the 154th st. Dump site.
