Rosedale Playground Paving Project RFP

Description: A brief summary of the project work includes New Parking lot-Work consists of the installation of a new parking lot area (150' x 45') approx. 700 sy, excavate and grade area in preparation for paving, removing excess fill, etc. fine grade area, install #2A modified stone to a compacted thickness of 6", spray for vegetation control, install 19mm binder to a compacted thickness of 2.5", install 9.5mm wearing to a compacted thickness of 1.5", seal adjoining asphalt edges with AC-20. II. Garage paving-Base repair approx. 110 SY, sawcut area as needed, excavate and grade area, removing excess fill, etc. fine grade area, install #2A modified stone as needed to acquire an even and solid sub-base, spray for vegetation control as needed, install 19mm binder to a compacted thickness of 3", seal adjoining asphalt edges with AC-20. III. Parking lot resurfacing- area approx. 1,082 SY, milling, clean and prepare for paving, spray for vegetation, apply rubberized crack filler as needed, patch low and sunken areas, install leveling course with 9.5mm wearing, install 9.5mm wearing to a compacted thickness of 1.5", seal adjoining asphalt edges with AC-20, install 30 ft of asphalt curbing. IV. Paving pavilion area- resurfacing area approx. 475 SY, milling, clean and prepare, spray for vegetation, apply rubberized crack filler, patch low and sunken areas, install 9.5mm wearing to a compacted thickness of 1.5".
