Roscommon County Jail Boiler Upgrades RFP

Description: Project includes the replacement of the existing boilers, hydronic pumps, expansion tank, air separator, indirect domestic water heaters, and associated accessories piping. The new boilers will be highefficiency condensing boilers. Boilers will be installed in mechanical room. This project also includes the installation of water softeners to serve the domestic hot water system as well as makeup for the heating hydronic system.
