Description: The City of Vallejo is seeking a contractor to provide a complete turnkey rooftop solar photovoltaic system at 225 Amador Street, with a generating capacity between 10 kW DC and 15 kW DC. The work includes design, engineering, permitting, equipment, installation, testing, commissioning, documentation, and related services, with sealed bids, required bonds, licenses, insurance, and prevailing-wage compliance. Bids are due September 8, 2026, at 2:00 PM PDT, following an optional pre-bid meeting on August 25 and a question deadline of August 26.
