Description: The work generally consists of the demolition and complete removal of the buildings including foundations unless otherwise directed in writing by the owner; protection, stabilization, repair, and weatherproofing of adjoining structures and any common or party wall; utility coordination and disconnections; lawful transportation and disposal of demolition debris; backfill, compaction, grading, site restoration; and all labor, supervision, equipment, permits, temporary protections, engineering associated with the contractor's means and methods, and incidentals necessary for a complete project.
