Rochester SST Paint and Repairs - (Request for Quote)

Description: Work includes, but is not limited to: Removing all loose peeling, bubbling, or delaminated paint to sound substrate and ensuring all surfaces are sound and free of contaminants prior to coating. Cleaning, scraping and sanding all concrete floors walls and ceilings, followed by application of the specified paint system in accordance with manufacturer requirements. Repairing and/or replacing caulk at all joints, seams, and penetrations where cracks, gaps or failed sealant are present. Provide and install Solar Exhaust Fan (reference provided Product Data Sheets or approved equal) per manufacturers specifications. See attached file.
