Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of existing ductless splitsystem air-conditioning equipment serving MDF rooms at The District’s Administration Office, High School, Jefferson ES, and Crosby ES; installation of new outdoor units and wall-mounted indoor units; installation and connection of refrigerant piping, electrical power, controls, and condensate systems; and complete system startup and commissioning. The Contractor shall also provide all associated mechanical, electrical, architectural, and restoration work required for a complete installation, including roof curbs and/or equipment supports, roof and wall penetrations, roof patching, concrete equipment pads where units are located at grade, patching, firestopping, and coordination with existing building conditions, as well as all other Work.
