RIDOT: Salt Brine Mixing Tanks (2) & Pump System RFP

Description: The Rhode Island Department of Transportation is requesting quotations for the procurement and installation of a winter road de-icing liquid system at its Hope Valley Facility in Hopkinton, Rhode Island. The scope includes two 10,000-gallon vertical mixing tanks and a transfer pump system for moving chlorides and other pre-wet solutions between storage tanks and truck-mounted tanks. Quotations are due September 17, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., with a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for September 2 and a minimum 15% MBE participation requirement.
