Rideshare for VHA Homeless Program Veterans RFP

Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking rideshare coordination and transportation services for Veterans enrolled in Veterans Health Administration Homeless Programs across the United States and its outlying areas. The acquisition is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside for a time-and-materials contract covering ride scheduling, lowest-cost provider selection, urgent transportation, customer support, reporting, and invoicing. Proposals are due August 17, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time, with award based on a best-value tradeoff emphasizing technical capability and past performance over price.
