RFQ PDB District Wide Seismic Retrofit

Description: The RFQ seeks a progressive design-build team to perform preconstruction, design, permitting, construction, commissioning, closeout, and related services for seismic retrofits at 16 occupied K–12 facilities, with an estimated total contract value of about $50 million. Additional work may include HVAC, electrical, lighting, roofing, fire alarms, building controls, windows, and exterior improvements; construction is planned during summer breaks in 2027, 2028, and 2029. Qualified teams must submit Statements of Qualifications electronically through Bonfire by October 30, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Pacific; a mandatory informational meeting is scheduled for October 9, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. Pacific.
