Summary
The City of Burlington, Vermont, Department of Public Works (Water Resources Division) is soliciting proposals from qualified Owner's Advisor (OA) firms or consultant teams to provide project management support services for the City's Stage 1 Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) Improvements project using the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) delivery method. The initial contract will cover preconstruction services during the design phase, with additional work potentially extending through construction, closeout, and post-construction phases.
