Description: The City of Bellevue is seeking a consultant to prepare preliminary engineering design, environmental studies, permitting, and 30%, 60%, 90%, and final plans, specifications, and estimates for the SE Eastgate Way sidewalk between Richards Road and 13212 SE Eastgate Way.
