Regional Wioa Client Career Readiness, Staff Professional Development, and Consultant and Contractor Services (Request for Qualifications)

Description: The purpose of the RFQ is to create a Regional WIOA Services List of qualified Contractors with which the WDBs of Monterey, Santa Cruz, San Benito, and San Luis Obispo counties may contract with to obtain (1) WIOA client career readiness in-person workshops and online training, (2) staff professional development, and/or (3) consultant and contractor services including: WIOA policy development and implementation-related technical assistance; WIOA fiscal and program compliance monitoring; labor market information (LMI); economic and workforce research; local and/or regional plan development and modification; local board support; program evaluation; administrative hearing officer; translation; strategic outreach and communications material development; grant writing; nonprofit fund development; and/or eligible training provider list (ETPL) technical assistance.
