The Board approved the execution of Amendment No. 2 to the SaaS Services Agreement with Tyler Technologies, Inc. This amendment includes the Advanced Records Processing software application to support Phase II of the County Clerk/Recorder's Restrictive Covenant Modification Program. The approval covers a contract term from July 1, 2025, through November 30, 2026, with an increased contract amount not to exceed $898,246. Additionally, the Board authorized the County Clerk/Recorder to sign up to two future amendments, provided they do not exceed 10% of the amended contract amount or significantly change the scope of work, up to a maximum aggregate of $988,071.
