Description: Provide transmission repair, transmission rebuild, or transmission replacement, as well as engine repair, engine rebuild, or engine removal and replacement with Cummins ReCon Engines, for the City of Iowa City Transportation Services Department Fleet of 40' Low Floor vehicles when required. This contract is estimated to begin in November of 2026. The initial contract term will be for one year. This contract may be renewed for four (4) additional one-year periods upon mutual consent of the both parties.

A need for cableway crane refurbishment services. Provide services for refurbishing the 150-ton cableway crane. The principal components of work include: replace the 6, 3- 1/2" track wire ropes. Replace the 2, 3/4" button line wire ropes, buttons and button line tensioners. Replace the 1-1/8" inhaul, outhaul and hoist wire ropes. Refurbish the existing carriage.
