Description: Provide legal services related to Iowa workers' compensation matters. The selected firm or firms will serve as outside defense counsel and provide supplemental legal services to the City's Legal Department in connection with workers' compensation claims, disputes, and litigation. The initial contract term will be for one (1) two-year term. The contract may be renewed for two (2) additional two-year periods.
