RFP PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE FOR CITY-WIDE HVAC SERVICES

Description: The City of Portsmouth is seeking proposals for preventive maintenance services for HVAC systems at city-owned or operated facilities. The work includes inspections, maintenance of HVAC equipment, filter replacement, seasonal startup procedures, service documentation, and scheduled maintenance visits. The contract will run for an initial two-year period with three optional one-year renewals, and services must be performed by a properly licensed and qualified HVAC contractor.
