RFP No. 26028 Gainesville Municipal Court Renovation

Description: The City of Gainesville is requesting proposals for the renovation of approximately 9,500 square feet of the main public lobby and municipal court office space on the second floor of the Gainesville Public Safety and Municipal Building. The scope includes new offices, a breakroom, conference room, filing room, transaction counter, main lobby, a new north entrance, exterior work (sidewalks, landscaping, ornamental fencing), select demolition, new walls, minor plumbing, painting, replacement of carpet/tile, and installation of new ceiling tiles.
