RFP for Tree Inventory & Urban Forestry Management Plan Professional Services

Description: The City of St. Cloud, Minnesota is soliciting proposals from qualified urban forestry consulting firms to perform a comprehensive GIS-based tree inventory of approximately 30,000 public trees and stumps and to develop an Urban Forest Management Plan for City-owned trees. The project covers trees located within public right-of-way, maintained park areas, and designated public properties, and the deliverables will support proactive maintenance, risk reduction, budgeting, planting, and long-term urban forest management. The project is funded through a Minnesota Department of Natural Resources grant and is subject to all applicable grant requirements, laws, regulations, and prevailing wage requirements. Sealed proposals are due by 4:00 p.m. on August 17, 2026, and should be emailed to Christopher Zabinski, Park Operations Manager.
