Building Plan Review and Inspection Services RFP
Purpose: The City of Havre de Grace has adopted International Codes related to structures, residences, electrical, plumbing and mechanical, as outlined in the Maryland Building Performance Standards. The City is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide plan review and inspection services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties for plumbing, electrical, mechanical and buildings.
