Natural Resources Canada seeks an open license for existing high-density, leaf-off lidar data covering approximately 6,150 km² across Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg and Halifax. The contractor must perform additional processing and analysis to prepare and deliver the data according to the stated specifications. Required data must have been acquired in 2024 or later, with at least 20 pulses per square metre and non-vegetated vertical RMSE no greater than 10 cm.
