Facility Welding and Maintenance Repair (RFP)
Perform facility welding and maintenance repair. Overall project: The successful bidder shall perform the following at an hourly rate (5-year minimum experience required for related items): 24 hour / 7 days, minimum 2-hour response time, for time-sensitive repairs; welding repairs below rebuilding threshold; welding repair on equipment such as forklifts, pay loaders and general construction equipment. Must have knowledge of operational tolerances (5-year minimum experience); rail welding and repair to include switches. Must be familiar with rail operations and weight loads (5-year minimum experience); conveyor and service repair; 24 hour/7 day, minimum 2-hour response, mobile crane minimum 10 ton availability; repair as it relates to welding of facility, marina docks, port docks, and building, and maintenance of facilities; be insured for work performed while on port property; excavating.
