Lougheed Commons Tutoring RFP
Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals as shown, specified and required to remove and dispose of all asbestos containing materials as necessary for completion of the project. Contractor is required to fully observe existing conditions to the best of their ability to determine the extent of asbestos-containing materials, based on the enclosed report. Contractor is also responsible for the collection and disposal of all waste created by cleaning and preparing portions of the building required to complete the work.
