Description: The RFP solicits formal sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Management at Risk (CMR) services for the Garden City Elementary School Renovation Project at 4037 Kessler Ave, Savannah, GA 31408. The selected firm will enter into a Construction Management at Risk agreement with the District.
