RFP - AEX Non-Exclusive Car Rental Concession

Description: The England Economic and Industrial Development District is soliciting proposals for four non-exclusive car-rental concession agreements at Alexandria International Airport (AEX). Selected vendors will provide passenger vehicle rental services, maintain an appropriate fleet, meet airport operational standards, and coordinate as needed with airport security and parking management. Proposals are due by 2:00 PM CDT on September 11, 2026, and a non-mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for August 6, 2026, with participation by minority-, women-, and small-business firms encouraged.
