Non-exclusive On-airport Rental Vehicle Concession (Request for proposal)
The Patrick Leahy Burlington International Airport requests proposals from all interested and qualified respondents desiring to establish and operate an on-Airport vehicle rental concession at the Airport. It is the intent of the City to award up to five (5) concession contracts to respondents offering the highest minimum annual guarantees for the first year of the term of the contract beginning December 1, 2026 with a retroactive date to July 1, 2026, and terminating June 30, 2031 (the “contract period”) in response to this Request for Proposals; that is, the City intends on selecting a maximum of five (5) separate successful respondents to operate one of the five (5) available on-Airport vehicle rental concessions.
