Description: The Minnesota State Lottery is requesting proposals for the purpose of providing full-service advertising services by an agency or group of agencies. The Lottery is soliciting proposals from prospective agencies to build on our existing advertising and branding efforts to expand our player base to new lottery players. The Lottery places a very high value on our agency partnership and want a team that can provide thought leadership to the Lottery. Work is anticipated to start after March 1, 2027.
