Description: The City of Albany’s Downtown Development Authority is soliciting proposals for the lease, operation, or purchase of the city-owned craft beverage production and event space at 120 Pine Avenue. Respondents may select a production and distribution, hospitality and event venue, or integrated full-facility pathway, with options for a long-term lease or outright sale. An optional pre-proposal conference and site tour are scheduled for September 9, 2026, and sealed proposals are due October 1, 2026, at 5:00 PM ET, subject to local-business participation, E-Verify compliance, and hospitality-use requirements.
