27-005 (Event Rentals & Services) RFP

Description: Mansfield ISD (RFP 27-005) is soliciting proposals for event rentals and services — including photo booths, DJs, inflatables and similar event-related rentals — to be awarded to multiple vendors on an as-needed basis. The district will accept proposals on an ongoing/incremental award basis during the solicitation period and reserves the right to negotiate terms and pricing with vendors prior to award. Proposers are required to indicate a primary discount and are encouraged to include catalogs/price lists with their submissions; the bid invitation and attachments require login through the district procurement portal.
