RFP 27-002 Inspecting, Testing, Maintenance, and Repair of Fire Safety Systems

Description: The University of Texas Medical Branch seeks Texas-licensed firms to inspect, test, maintain, and repair fire-safety systems across its campuses, including fire alarms, sprinklers, specialty suppression systems, and portable extinguishers. The work includes routine inspections, periodic testing, emergency repairs, NFPA and UTMB policy compliance, 24/7 on-call service, detailed pricing, and a VetHUB subcontracting plan.
