Description: San Joaquin County’s Behavioral Health Services Department requests proposals from qualified organizations to operate and provide services at a Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC). The center will provide intensive support and rehabilitative services to LPS conservatees with severe mental disorders who would otherwise have been placed in a state hospital or another mental health facility. Services will help participants develop skills for self-sufficiency, greater independence, and improved functioning.
