Description: The City of Burbank, Illinois is seeking a vendor to provide a fully integrated, cloud-based Human Resources Information System and payroll solution for approximately 169 employees across eight bargaining units. The solution must support core HR functions, municipal payroll calculations, time and attendance, benefits administration, employee self-service, reporting, and payroll-to-General-Ledger exports compatible with the City’s existing ERP.
