The provider must support large-volume shipping, tracking, electronic invoicing, proof of delivery, reverse logistics, customer support and reporting, with next-business-day delivery in the Greater Toronto Hamilton Area and delivery within two or three business days elsewhere in serviceable Ontario. Submissions must include the specified business capability, pricing, financial, security, facility, equipment and operational information.
