The A/E shall provide all labor, supervision, technical expertise, and professional services required to support the project from initial assessment through preparation of construction documents suitable for procurement and construction. Services shall include but not be limited to: Existing Conditions Survey: Conduct detailed site survey of the project area. Review available as-build drawings and maintenance records.
