Description: The City of Oakland (OakDOT, Major Projects Division) is soliciting a qualified firm or joint venture to provide construction management support services (CMSS) for the MLK Jr. Way Streetscape Improvements project. The CMSS team must provide a California-licensed Professional Civil Engineer to serve as Resident Engineer on behalf of the City and be on-site full time during construction, and must coordinate subconsultants for special inspection, materials testing, and environmental monitoring.
