The University of Ottawa issued this formal RFP to procure a dual-output optical parametric amplifier, funded by the Canada Foundation for Innovation and the Ontario Research Fund, for a project establishing Canada's first two-dimensional infrared (2D-IR) spectrometer. The equipment must provide two independently tunable outputs from a common white-light continuum seed, operate with the University's Spectra-Physics Solstice Ace ultrafast laser, and support tunable mid-infrared plus visible/ultraviolet excitation wavelengths.
